Office supply stores often have desk accessories like lamps, mouse pads, paperclip holders, in trays, binders, calendars, name plates, and fasteners in fun colors and patterns that will be sure to brighten her day.

Having things special to her in her office will make it feel like home and also provide conversation starts with her co-workers. So if you're planning a trip, you might bring her back a fun trinket from a foreign land to sit on her desk. Another nice idea is to frame or scrapbook frame a photo (perhaps of the family or of the two of you working at the Christian Affiliate Programs camp) for her office wall or to sit on her desk.
Commuting Consolations
A wonderfully paying new job is often clouded by the fact that she now faces a much longer commute. Help make this more bearable by getting her a weekend gift certificate to an Edmonton spa or buying her something to pass the time during travel. Some good ideas include music (either a CD for her car or a gift certificate for her mp3 player) or an e-book reader to read on the train.
